The Ask.

Faith & Gratitude asked Ezra Digital to build a site which made it seamless for patients and caregivers to engage online, through easily accessible resources, a tailored donation portal, and custom e-Commerce functionality. The feel of the site had to strike a hopeful and inspirational tone while building trust with visitors during their most stressful times.

Make finding resources quick and easy to find

It was imperative to make the troves of resources on the topic, easily accessible and digestible for visitors

Incorporate effective Donation and e-Commerce functionality

Faith & Gratitude offers their Cancer Resource Guide free of charge or at a suggested donation and they wanted to enable visitors to make donations in memory or in honor of others.

Balancing confidence with approachability

Faith & Gratitude wanted to ensure that the website had a professional aesthetic to establish credibility with new audiences, but was also inviting to those in need.

Encourage visitors to engage offline

While many visitors may only need to find resources online, we wanted to make sure others that could benefit from live events could easily sign up through an event calendar.

How we made it happen

Bringing Faith & Gratitude’s vision to life

In order to revamp Faith & Gratitude’s website into a digital experience that was compelling for cancer patients and caregivers as well as effective for the organization, we started from scratch to reimagine everything from the way content was organized to how the checkout experience was crafted. Leading with strategy and careful attention to detail, we created an immersive website experience that put Faith & Gratitude’s mission and resources front and center. Additionally, we custom-built events calendar, donation portal, e-Commerce functionality and more that would help the firm engage with visitors deeply. Then, we optimized the entire website experience for mobile.

During development we built the site on a "staging environment", you will have access to this environment and can leave comments for any revisions you would like made.

Personalized video letting you know how you will update and maintain your site.

We create a custom analytics dashboard that will be sent to you at the beginning of every month so you can get a full understanding of how your website is performing; just the key data points so you can quickly read this.

Thinking ahead

In order to ensure this website serves Faith & Gratitude for years to come, we made the site easy to update so that the firm could keep their content current and continuously post their most recent events, news, and resources.
